Since 1996, we have been engaged in the refurbishment and upgrade of pre-owned 6-inch and 8-inch front-end production equipment for power semiconductors, accumulating nearly 30 years of experience. Our equipment portfolio covers the eight major front-end semiconductor processes and supports Si, SiC, and GaN materials.

projects, serving customers across South Korea, China, and Taiwan, predominantly in turnkey formats. The total number of equipment units delivered exceeds 1,000 sets.
